Sweet, rich, syrupy vinegar enhanced with carob has a delicate hint of chocolate. The vincotto is versatile and can be drizzled over salads containing radicchio and celery, on carpaccio, or over fish or nuts. Vincotto with carob will even enhance ice cream or other desserts.
