Thin, flat rectangles of egg noodle are named bentagliati, or “well cut,” and is a pun on the famous pasta cut, maltagliati or “badly-cut.” Spinosi bentagliati go well with cream sauces or add substance to a chicken soup.  This cut cooks in 3 minutes; one package serves 4.
