Arnaud Green Olives Provencal with Wild Fennel are cured and packed by the third generation of a family in the small town of Fontvielle-en-Provence. The green olives from the surrounding groves are packed in simple sea salt brine with herbs found in Provence for a distinctive, clean flavor.
